Shipping policy

Shipping option and delivery address:
You can enter your delivery address during the checkout process. You can view or change your delivery address under Delivery, and choose to save the address for your next order Our current delivery is R69 to any physical address in South Africa, except for areas consider Remote or High Risk. Should your are be considered Remote or High Risk any additional shipping charges will be confirmed prior to dispatching your order, or an alternative can be offered.

Please enter a mobile number where the couriers can contact you during the delivery process. Our shipping algorithm will automatically assign your order to one of our couriers, dependent on which offer the best combination of speed, accuracy and customer satisfaction. 

Generally our couriers are mostly Internet Express, but can also be The Courier Guy or Skynet, although others may be used from time to time depending on the nature of your order and your delivery location.

Free Shipping
All orders over R1999 qualify for free delivery. This is a limited time, launch offer and may be withdrawn without prior warning. Please look in the checkout page, if your order qualifies then the Shipping Fee will automatically become Free. This offer, and the qualifying amount are subject to change, and is only confirmed once your order had been placed and paid for.

Tracking
When your order is Ready to Ship, and a courier has been assigned, then you will automatically receive an E-Mail, SMS or both to notify of this. This notification will include all the tracking details you need, and the status of your order will update as the delivery proceeds.

Delivery Time
Deliver is usually within 24 - 48 hours after the couriers have collected the parcel. This can be up to 48 hours longer for Regional or outlying areas. You will be able to track your parcel, and receive updates on it's progress via the details sent to you.
