Cliffhanger (Blu-ray)

Sylvester Stallone co-writes and stars in this 1990s action thriller. Gabe Walker (Stallone) is a mountain rescue worker haunted by the memories of a friend whom he failed to save from falling to their death. After he quits his job and returns to the scene of his undoing to collect his possessions, Gabe becomes embroiled in the nefarious plot of former military operative Eric Qualen (John Lithgow), who has crash-landed in the mountains with a team of mercenaries and $100 million of stolen cash from the US Treasury.

He enlists Gabe's help to recover his scattered money, but when the mountaineer manages to escape, he faces a race against time to recover the money before Qualen can reach it.
