Description

Film drama set during the final days of Franco's Spain. Reminiscing in adult life Ana (Geraldine Chaplin) reflects on her childhood growing up in a wealthy part of Madrid. Following her father's sudden suspicious death in an act of adultery, Ana (played as a child by Ana Torrent) and her sisters (Conchota Pérez and Maite Sánchez) are raised by a stern Aunt (Mónica Randall). As tensions grow within the family and previously hidden passions rise in the confined household, Ana is poised to take drastic action...
