Description
Comedy starring Robert De Niro as Jon Rubin, a directionless Vietnam vet and would-be 'erotic filmmaker'. Convincing a film producer to finance his 'peep art', Rubin sets up his camera to film the nocturnal activities of his unsuspecting neighbours.
