Description
Gruesome horror written and directed by Jeff Buhler. Jesse Metcalfe plays Jack, a man who poses as a mental patient in an attempt to free his sister from the asylum in which she is being held. Can Jack and his sister escape from the hospital before the blood-thirsty psycopaths make their kill?
