Description

Mario Bava directs this sci-fi horror starring Barry Sullivan, Norma Bengell and Franco Andrei. Deep in the uncharted territory of outer space, the spaceship Galliott is alerted to a distress signal from a mysterious, unexplored planet named Aura. As the crew land on the strange planet, they begin experiencing terrifying delusions and hallucinations that induce a violent frenzy.

Captain Markary (Sullivan) is able to maintain his sanity, however, and after managing to de-escalate the chaos on Galliott, he must disembark and lead his crew to find out who, or what, was behind the distress signal.
