Hideaki Anno directs this Japanese action horror starring Hiroki Hasegawa, Yutaka Takenouchi and Satomi Ishihara. When sightings of a mysterious creature are reported in Aqua Line, Tokyo, an emergency cabinet meeting is called to address the situation.
