Description

Director Jean Rollin's dark portrait of a beautiful young vampire's struggle to come to terms with the cost of her eternal existence. Brought back from the dead by a radioactive spill, she is appalled to discover that she now requires an almost constant diet of human blood if she is to survive, and making her way to her lesbian lover's distant castle, she becomes filled with despair and self-loathing.
