Description
Cary Grant and Grace Kelly star in this classic thriller directed by Alfred Hitchcock. Former jewel thief John Robie (Grant) finds himself forced to prove his innocence after a spate of burglaries on the French Riviera. Enlisting the help of insurance man H.H.
Hughson (John Williams), Robie sets out to catch the real thief and clear his name. At the top of their list of suspects is Jessie Stevens (Jessie Royce Landis) who is in France looking to find a suitable husband for her daughter Frances (Kelly). However, just as he is getting close to uncovering the crook's identity, Robie's burgeoning relationship with Frances threatens to get in the way and derail his investigation.
